December Fitness Goals

1. Workout 20 times this month.
2. Drop 10 lbs.
3. Fast food only on the weekends.

Yay its december! I’m keeping it simple this month. I’m just in the process of getting back on track. I want to be fit going into 2013. What are y’all’s goals for this month?

  1. Woo hoo – go girl!!! My fitness challenge for December is to work out every day for the first 25 days!!!! Two down….23 to go!
