So, this morning I was supposed to meet with a new client. I feel bad because I totally got the times mixed up. I was supposed to meet with her 5-6am and I thought it was 6-7am. So here I was, wide awake at 5:30. So what did I do? Head to the gym of course! I got in some cardio, legs, and abs. Now, I’m sitting at work at 10am and I actually feel good. The only think now is that I will have to start getting up at 4:30 to make sure I get to my client on time. But because of this, I have about 30-45 minutes to workout between the time I need to get ready for work and the end of my session with her. It’s actually motivating me to get up and do it, itstead of half-assing it at night when I get off work. I will however, have to be in bed by 9pm. LOL
What do you do to get motivated to workout at odd hours?
