My sister participated in my home bootcamp that I set up yesterday. We live next to a steep hill so it was perfect for some HIIT. It was great to get her moving. She was beat afterward 🙂 We did 4 sets of each: 10 pushups, 15 squats, 25 crunches, 30-second plank and a sprint down and up the hill. It took about 30 minutes and was a pretty good workout.
