WOD Wednesday: Butt! 7/11/12

Today is a leg and core day for me and the first picture is what I did in the gym today. I don’t really feel like I worked out enough to really feel it later, so in honor of that, we are doing a butt workout! I found it on Pinterest, and I’ll be doing mine when I get off work. I’ll let you know how it goes :-). Oh, BTW I’m at 400 hits!
