Today’s Workout

Today I got my third workout of the week in. I haven’t been feeling good all week so I slept on and off for about 12 hours and I woke up feeling a lot better and decided to hit the gym. I like to get my long intense workouts in on the weekends so I can take my time. I plan in getting my abs and cardio in tomorrow as well. So this is what I did:
