Jordin Sparks is totally my Fitspiration! Her body is like, and we are almost the same height. Over the last 2 years she has done an amazing job of working the weight off and keeping it off. According to the articles I’ve read, she hired a personal trainer, started making better food choices, and works out 3-4 times a week. What’s most important is that she knows what weight she looks good at and that she isn’t striving to be a size two! I love her!
