This week I went to the gym 3 times. I do full body workouts along with cardio. I also started the couch to 5k program go get myself back running. It felt good to be active again.
I haven’t been so good with my clean eating, but I’m trying. I’m going to go do some grocery shopping tomorrow and plan my menu for the week. I also plan on getting up at 7am and working out Monday-Friday. There’s a big event coming next weekend so I want to look good.
